Roxana Villa
Art Hop's April 2008 featured
artist/parfumeur, Roxana Villa
Roxana's passion for the planet,
its resources and gifts is evident
in her life as an artist - both in
the visual and aromatic arenas.
Born in Buenos
Aires,Argentina, she grew in Los
Angeles, California.
Upon receiving a BFA in
communication Design from
Otis Parsons, Roxana moved to
New York and worked as a
freelance illustrator in the world
of publishing. After the birth of
her daughter, she became
certified in Aromatherapy,
learning about the miraculous
powers inherent in the plant
kingdom.
Blending the knowledge of
nature with a loving art spirit,
Roxana now creates perfumes
that reflect a healing modality
whilst celebrating the
individual.
Currently her studio and home
are located in the Santa Monica
Mountains where she resides
with her family. Roxana
melds her love of nature into an
authentic self- expression as an
artist
working in several mediums.
